Add DEEP TISSUE
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. It is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions and lingering issues or injuries.
Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to ensure you don't get too uncomfortable (beyond a 7 out of 10 in tolerance level).
Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
*Full 60 M:IN DEEP TISSUE M:ELT / $80
*Full 90 M:IN DEEP TISSUE M:ELT / $110
*Full 120 M:IN DEEP TISSUE M:ELT / $140

Ergonomic Chair Massage is a way of relieving stress and releasing tension on-site at your event (celebration, family, sports, girl's day) or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair delivered to your location.
In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, chair massage is done over clothing with no oils or lotions involved. Sessions are shorter than traditional massage, allowing Chair Massage to fit into any busy schedule.

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion and rebalance the entire body. Massage techniques stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs and skeletal structures of the body.
Myofascial Release can feel 'pinchy' when the fascia is 'stuck', may take several sessions to lift fascia and return tissue to its normal state of flexibility.
*DIRECT myofascial release is sometimes known as DEEP TISSUE work applied directly in area of congestion.
*INDIRECT release applies light pressure and gently stretches fascia and fascial lines surrounding area of congestion.
NeuroMuscular Therapy (NMT) is a system of massage techniques that emphasizes and stimulates the body's natural ability to heal.
NeuroMuscular Therapy also enhances the function of joints and muscles, accelerates overall healing process by facilitating release of endorphins and re-educates muscles to return/rest in their neutral state.
Swedish Massage is a very calming, relaxing style of bodywork.
It combines oils or lotion with an array of techniques such as rolling, kneading, frictions and compressions.
The benefits of Swedish are wide-ranging and include improved circulation, relief from chronic aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, greater flexibility and increased range of motion.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing "trigger points" in your body.
Trigger points are tender areas of tension (also known as adhesions or "knots") that occur in the belly of the muscle and 'refer' pain to other areas. These "knots" in the muscle are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental and emotional stress or a combination of these over time.
During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques to release specific trigger points, muscle guarding and pain referral patterns associated with them.
This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.
